How is a fractional CTO engagement priced and scoped?

Engagements are scoped to outcomes, not hours: a fixed monthly retainer for ongoing CTO-as-a-Service, or a defined project for AI GTM and RevOps work. We agree the goals up front and I bill a flat monthly rate — no long lock-in contracts.
